We are now accepting resumes for Used Equipment Administrator. This position will be based out of our Reserve, LA location. Candidates must be career-minded and must be driven, energetic, and goal oriented. This position gives the candidate the ability to learn and function in an environment that focuses on the foundation of our business but gives the right individual the advancement potential to move into a sales position.

As a Used Equipment Administrator you will be expected to:

  • Coordinate inspection, repairs and cleaning of the used equipment with salesmen and shop personnel.
  • Arrange transportation of trade in equipment which involves contact with hauling companies, other branch personnel and salesmen throughout the state to verify equipment location.
  • Maintain reports to facilitate used equipment inventory with physical organization of equipment on site and updating branch yard inventories.
  • Generate and manage shipping and receiving documentation for the used equipment department.
  • Provide ongoing communication with department personnel to prioritize equipment inspections and repairs to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets to provide updates of the status of inventory and sold equipment.
  • Maintain and upload inspections and pictures in folders onto the shared drive and dealer web portal.
  • Coding contract shop personnel invoices for submittal to Accts Payable Department.
  • Update data in DBS equipment manage systems.

Requirements:

  • A 4 year degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and have excellent time management skills
