Louisiana Cat is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team at the corporate office in Reserve, LA. This is a staff position that will assist in the company's digital marketing communications, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media content. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the World's Top 100 brands on a local level.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Manage all social media channels/outlets by maintaining a professional image and tone consistent with company culture and brand requirements
  2. Create content for social media posts, videos, email marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
  3. Stay up to date on social media and online marketing trends, best practices and methods, and make recommendations to the Marketing team.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing team and other business units to plan and develop content, style, and layout for digital mediums.
  5. Coordinate email marketing campaign execution, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  6. Use marketing automation to improve customer identification, targeting, and lead generation processes.
  7. Work with web developers and technical teams to ensure website and social media channel content is relevant and that search engine marketing, link building, and paid digital advertising are effective.
  8. Create regular reports to show marketing campaign performance, effectiveness, and ROI. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  9. Assist HR and other internal business units with internal communications as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business study is required. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing best practices is required. Candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of and previous work experience with website development/maintenance, html, and Google Analytics is preferred.


Ability to be a team player who motivates and educates other team members. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Ability to read, interpret, and explain documents such as financial reports, legal and service agreements, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence for internal and external audiences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. 


Basic math skills including computing rates, ratios, averages, fractions, and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 


Demonstrate critical thinking in their ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to develop routine protocols as well as identify when the routines do not apply in a specific situation and handle exceptions as needed. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Experience with Word Press, Pardot, html, Google Analytics is preferred.           


Up to 25%. Valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
