Sales Manager - Monroe

Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This position is best suited for someone: 

  • Who is mature, adaptable, a quick learner and is a positive team player.
  • That has good people skills which will enable him/her to effectively gain from the expertise of the various persons working in the organization.
  • With proficient computer skills, namely MS Office Suite.
  • Who can demonstrate a capacity for developing strong business and sales strategy acumen.
  • With strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Who can manage multiple tasks.
  • Able & willing to travel and/or relocate.


  • Must have a 4 year college degree from an accredited college or university in a Business or related field.
  • Three to five years sales management experience preferred.
  • Must be disciplined and focused.
  • Must have developed communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented with proven planning skills
  • Must be a proven motivator
  • Ability to hold others accountable while leading the way
